You would think they have training for this and they do but I guess berserk Wright is simply too much :/
As sad as it sounds... Good it is Dorian because nobody can survive that punch.

Yes indeed, he can soak up punishment and walk it off. He may not be happy about it, but he makes a safer punching bag than Luke!

Oh snap! Can Dorian survive that punch? For that matter, how alive is Dorian in the first place, from a biological standpoint?

Dorian is a living immortal, he can do the things regular people can, but the magic he is infused with won't let him undergo any kind of permanent physical change. So, he can be horribly harmed, but will be fully restored to his previous undamaged state quickly. He can drink wine with the Director, but unlike the Director he doesn't really need food or drink.

As a living immortal, he stands in stark contrast to Addison, she's undead and doesn't normally breath, can't eat or drink anything (with one exception), has no internal body heat, and doesn't normally do many of the little things living people do, like blinking, sneezing, etc.

Yup, supernatural power has a price, and Wright has a lot of power.

I think deep down Wright chose to punch Dorian for a reason.

Or Wright was self-aware enough to punch Dorian so that he would not kill Luke.
I guess that is what Travis was getting at though :D
